Mary Elizabeth was born on November 12, 2012, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Her family did not expect much time with her here on earth because of her diagnosis of Holoprosencephaly. However, they were granted a beautiful and life changing 13 years. Her love of Sesame Street and all things Muppets was known by all. She had the most infectious laugh, especially when watching her sisters play basketball or watching anyone run. Her happiest times were being surrounded by all of her cousins, trips to the beach, and many trips to Disney World. From the age of 3, she loved going to school at 81st Street and Shreve Island, where she was incredibly loved and happy. Mary Elizabeth touched and impacted the lives of all who crossed paths with her.

Mary Elizabeth is preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Carol Baremore and Janet McIntyre. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Brandy McIntyre, her sisters Macy and Mattie McIntyre, her niece Mallie and her grandfather Mike McIntyre Sr. Mary Elizabeth was blessed to be born into a large, loving family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins; The LeBlancs, The Colgins and the Daigles.
Pallbearers for the service will be Scott LeBlanc, Jason Colgin, Jacob Daigle, Mitchell Colgin, Austin Beard, Chris Humphreys, Jay Mascagni, and Stephen Roberts.
Her Family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the love, compassion, and care that Mary Elizabeth received from the PICU staff at Willis Knighton South these last few months and the NICU staff when she was born.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital of Shreveport or the Ronald McDonald House of Shreveport.
