The burn ban in Caddo Parish has been lifted, according to Caddo Fire District 4.

Fire officials announced the change and reminded residents to continue practicing safe burning habits. Residents are encouraged to never leave fires unattended and to keep water nearby in case conditions change.

Officials also thanked the public for their cooperation during the burn ban and for helping keep the community safe.
