Due to anticipated freezing temperatures this weekend, all park restrooms in Caddo Parish will be closed beginning Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, and water service will be unavailable at picnic shelters and pavilions.

Portable outdoor toilets will be provided at Earl G. Williamson, Eddie D. Jones, Keithville Community Park, Noah Tyson, PBS Pinchback, Richard Fleming, and Robert L. Nance parks. Officials urge visitors to follow closure notices, use park facilities safely, and check http://www.caddoparks.org for updates on re-openings and amenities.
