The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office proudly swore in four Deputies on Jan. 6 as they officially transitioned to the role of Deputy from Corrections Officer. Jackson Bennett, Austin Stanley, Chris Sullivan, and Emma-Leigh Wright took the oath of office, marking an important milestone in their law enforcement careers.
“These men and women have already demonstrated dedication and professionalism while serving as Corrections Officers,” said Sheriff Whittington. “We are proud of their commitment to continue serving our community as Deputy Sheriffs, and we look forward to watching them grow throughout the academy and beyond.”
The four new Deputies will soon begin the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Training Academy.
