A service celebrating the life of Ms. Crystal Jenell Howard will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Good Samaritan Funeral Home located at 2200 Laurel Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103.

Public viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Good Samaritan Funeral Home.

Ms. Howard will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery, 498 Kennie Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71106.
