
The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office invites parents, guardians, educators, and community members to attend R.E.D. F.L.A.G.S. 101, a free program designed to help adults recognize the warning signs of child sexual assault and take proactive steps to protect children.
R.E.D. F.L.A.G.S. is a guide to identifying behaviors that may signal abuse:
● Recognize changes in behavior
● Engage in open conversation
● Document unusual events or comments
● Fear of certain people
● Lack of boundaries
● Avoidance of physical contact
● Gifts or secrets from adults
● Sexualized behavior or knowledge beyond age

Thursday, September 25
10am – 12pm
All sessions will be held at Sheriff’s Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Ave., Shreveport.
Participants will gain practical tools to recognize potential signs of abuse, respond appropriately, and help keep children in the community safe.
