With the help of amazing volunteers, Shreveport Green – along with Property Standards, Public Works, SPD, and the City administration – removed 6 tons of litter and over 200 tires from Ingleside.
Shreveport Green is still tallying up totals from Highland – those numbers will be shared as soon as they are available.
Want to be part of this CITY-WIDE movement? Shreveport Green and its supporters had such a great time cleaning up Highland last weekend, they are already gearing up for the next stop: Queesborough.
The kickoff date for that stop is Saturday, July 12, 7:30am to 12pm. The clean-up will begin at Bilberry Park (1902 Alabama Avenue, Shreveport).
