Shreveport Police seek habitual theft suspect

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a known habitual offender, Clark Douglas Sepulvado (DOB: 6/07/1962), who is currently wanted in connection with multiple thefts from Walmart stores in the area.

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit have secured three felony arrest
warrants for theft against Sepulvado. A review of his criminal history revealed a disturbing pattern of behavior, including 17 prior theft arrests and five convictions.

In addition to the active theft warrants, Sepulvado also has outstanding warrants for Aggravated Battery,
Battery of a Dating Partner, and Simple Battery. Due to the violent nature of some of these charges,
Sepulvado should be considered armed and dangerous.
