Shreveport Police seek Kendall Higgs in fraud investigation

Kendall Higgs

The Shreveport Police Department is actively seeking Kendall Higgs in connection with a fraud investigation involving Red River Bank.

On February 28, 2025, Higgs deposited a check for $30,000 into his business account under the name of a

confirmed they had no knowledge of Higgs and that he was not authorized to receive funds on their behalf.
