Bossier City encourages everyone to get ready and plan ahead for the Barksdale Air Force Base – “Defenders of Liberty” air show. This year it promises more of the same as the base and Bossier City will welcome the Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds are always fun to watch as they perform aerial demonstrations for the crowd.

The air show will be held Saturday, March 29, and Sunday, March 30. Gates will open at 9am on both days. The show is free; attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
