Caddo deputy receives Certificate of Commendation for Outstanding Prosecution Award

Caddo Sheriff’s Deputy Corporal Rick Anderson was honored by the United States Attorney’s Office during a ceremony on March 18.
 
He received a Certificate of Commendation for the Outstanding Prosecution Award related to a fentanyl death case involving Martin Thompson.
 
With over 30 years of service as a Caddo Sheriff’s deputy, Anderson currently holds the rank of corporal in the Narcotics Division and serves as a Task Force Officer with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Throughout his career, he has worked on a diverse range of cases and has completed extensive law enforcement training. His strong dedication to his work and commitment to the oath he took as a law enforcement officer are evident in his exceptional work ethic.
