Shreveport Police Department patrol officers responded to a business in the 1700 block of E. 70th St. on March 3 at around 1:28pm following reports of a man engaging in lewd behavior.

Multiple witnesses report that the suspect was following customers throughout the store while masturbating in their presence. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect still inside the business. He was immediately detained and transported to the Sex Crimes Unit for further investigation. 

Following interviews and a review of the evidence, Cordnie Parks was charged with three counts of obscenity and possession of marijuana.
