The Caddo Parish Sherriff’s Office is offering the public an opportunity to learn more about severe weather and safety by hosting a free Skywarn Spotter Training course on Thursday, Feb. 13, 6-8pm. 

The course will be held at the Caddo Parish Sherriff’s Safety Town, 8910 Jewella Ave., in Shreveport.
