Shreveport Police are searching for Cartilieus “Cartez” Claville (DOB: 2/18/1985) in connection with multiple violent crimes, including two Attempted Second-Degree Murder cases.
Claville allegedly shot a 59-year-old man in the neck inside the victim’s home on 2nd Street before fleeing on foot on Jan. 19. The victim is expected to recover.
Claville is also wanted for a Jan. 7 shooting at the Economy Inn (5101 Monkhouse Dr.) and a Jan. 10 attempted armed robbery in Arlington, TX, where he exchanged gunfire with officers.
He is considered armed and dangerous and should NOT be approached.
