The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office has partnered with Cardiac Solutions and Stryker to equip their patrol deputies and School Resource Officers (SROs) with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Deputies often serve as first responders in situations requiring medical assistance, where an AED can be crucial in lifesaving efforts. By equipping and training deputies in using AEDs, they will have essential tools that meet the needs of citizens in Caddo Parish. On December 6, Caddo Sheriff’s Office personnel met with Cardiac Solutions and Stryker representatives to present the new AED devices.
