Officials with the Bossier Parish Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No.1 and the LA Dept. of Public Health Laboratories in Shreveport have rescinded the recent boil advisory issued for customers living in Village Water homes from Villa Lane, Villa Circle, Crestwood Drive to Winfield Road, including Lindsey Road, Cannon Road, and Amanda Lane.

 

The boil advisory was issued after work crews repaired a mainline. Officials say the water samples sent in for testing came back negative from the lab.

 

No further action is required for this advisory.
