The State of Emergency burn bans for Caddo and Bossier Parishes, issued in early October at the request of parish fire chiefs due to dry conditions, have been lifted.
The parish fire chiefs agree that conditions have improved due to recent rainfall and request that the burn ban be lifted and terminated.
“There is no longer a possible threat to the life and or property of the citizens of this Parish,” said Rodgers.
