SPD Domestic violence detectives were alerted to a serious domestic violence incident on Oct. 27, around 3:13am, occurring at WKS. A patrol office on the scene reported that the victim sustained significant swelling to his face, prompting immediate investigation.

Upon contact with the victim, he disclosed that he was struck twice in the face by his boyfriend. Khiry Jenkins, resulting in fractures on both sides of his face. Detectives verified the victim’s injuries with medical personnel on-site.

As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Khiry Jenkins for Battery of a Dating Partner Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury on Nov. 1.
