
Caddo Parish Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, in partnership with Caddo District Attorney James Stewart, Caddo Public Defender Michelle Andrepont, Judge Donald Hathaway, Jr., and Clerk of Court Mike Spence, is allowing individuals with outstanding Caddo Parish Misdemeanor Warrants to settle their cases.This resolution event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 8:30 am – 3 pm at the Caddo Parish Courthouse, located at 501 Texas St. in Shreveport (enter on the Texas Street side).
Those who have Misdemeanor Warrants because they failed to pay fines and/or fees will be able to settle their cases by paying their balance due.
Those who have Misdemeanor Warrants because they failed to appear before the Court will be given an opportunity to address the Court regarding their ability to resolve their legal matters.
This program does not apply if:
- you are arrested for the warrant before turning yourself in
- you have a felony warrant
- you have outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions
- the warrant is not a Caddo Parish warrant
