When people think about firefighters they think of high levels of aerobic and anaerobic fitness as well as muscular strength, endurance, explosive power and reaction time.
Shreveport Fire Engineers Freddie Duncan and Chris Henry took it to the next level and competed at the National Qualifier IFBB/NPC Optimum Classic Championships for physique and figure on May 25 to show their dedication to fitness. They proudly represented Shreveport firefighters and the occupation.
