Bossier City Mayor Chandler and co-workers said congratulations, good luck and “thank you” for your service to Judy Vetkoeter as she celebrates 40 years of service to the City of Bossier. Judy began her career as a mail girl and promoted to the top of the department. Judy is the Director of the Water Department. Along with family and well wishers for the milestone Mayor Chandler presented Judy with a key to the City.
