
The Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes Detectives have made significant progress in the investigation of a homicide that occurred on February 15, in the 4300 block of Lakeshore Drive. On February 22], 21-year-old Jadavion Cooper was arrested in connection with the incident and has been charged with second-degree murder.
Despite this arrest, the investigation is ongoing, with 19-year-old Dequavion Pouncy identified as another individual believed to be involved in the act of violence. A warrant for Pouncy’s arrest has been issued, charging him with second-degree murder.
The Shreveport Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Dequavion Pouncy to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
