Arrest made in possession of firearm by convicted felon incident

Timothy Whitfield, 56, was apprehended for disorderly conduct while visibly intoxicated and harassing patrons and employees. During the arrest, officers found Whitfield in possession of a handgun.

Further investigation revealed that Whitfield is a convicted felon, making firearm possession illegal. Consequently, he faces charges of disturbing the peace and unlawful firearm possession.
