Parkway is the third lowest scoring team in District 1-5A games but the Panthers are tied for second in the district with Airline at 3-1 because they have allowed the fewest points of anybody in the district by a long shot.
The Panthers allow 9.3 points a game in the district and the next lowest is district leader Captain Shreve at 25.5 points. Parkway is on the road tonight to Natchitoches Central looking to keep pace with the Gators and tied with the Vikings. Parkway’s defense is coming off its best game after limiting a Byrd team that was averaging 307.7 yards a game on the ground to 57.
Other games tonight in District 1-4A have Woodlawn crossing the river to play Bossier and Minden comes to Shreveport to face Evangel.
