Bossier’s boys’ soccer team finished as the state runner-up in Division III, which would pretty much explain why it swept the top honors on the District 1 All-District team selected by league coaches.
Senior Felix Deras is the Player of the Year. Offensive MVP went to junior David Rojas, Defensive MVP to another junior in Rony Carcamo and the Freshman of the Year was Wilson Alvarado. Coach Orlando Medellin was the Coach of the Year after leading his team to a 23-3-2 overall record.
