JOURNAL STAFF
District 1, Division II champion Caddo Magnet and runner-up Parkway placed two Most Valuable Players to the all-district team selected by league coaches.
Forwards Isabella Baltov and Audrey Jordan, both from Magnet, were named the offensive MVPs with Baltov also being named one of the two Freshmen of the Year.
Parkway goalie Aubri Dupre was named the overall MVP and Emma Albarado was the other of the two freshmen MVPs.
Minden defender Elyse Jackson was the defensive MVP.
Magnet coach Nick Flowers and Parkway mentor Shelley McMillian were selected as Co-Coaches of the Year.
The Lady Mustangs finished 6-0 in the district and 19-10-0, while Parkway was 14-8-1, 5-1.
