Senior athletes all across the nation signed National Letters of Intent and a number of local kids did as well on Wednesday at their respective schools.
Green Oaks led the Shreveport Bossier Journal coverage area with five signing on the dotted line that includes De’Coldest Crawford signing early with Nebraska. Airline was next with four, Parkway, Benton, Calvary and Haughton all had three as did Captain Shreve when you include Kendrick Law during the early signing period.
Highlighting the signings on Wednesday would include Braylon Finney of Captain Shreve, Walter Williams and Shuncy Malone of Calvary all going to Grambling. Ckelby Givens of Captain Shreve inking with Southern-BR, Jaylon Jackson of Green Oaks to Jackson State and Sedric Applewhite from Bossier going to McNeese State.
