Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department made multiple arrests over the past several days in connection with domestic violence incidents across the city.

According to police, Jadarion Allen, born Nov. 4, 2004, was arrested April 6 and charged with domestic abuse battery upon a pregnant victim.

Jontrell Williams, born July 11, 1988, was taken into custody April 5 shortly after 8 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery.

In a separate case, Detravius Murray was arrested April 4 just after noon and charged with two counts of domestic abuse battery with child endangerment.

Authorities said domestic violence remains a serious and ongoing issue in the community and emphasized their continued efforts to address and prevent such crimes.
