
Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, in partnership with Caddo District Attorney James Stewart, Chief District Public Defender Michelle AndrePont, Judge Donald Hathaway, Jr., and Clerk of Court Mike Spence, is allowing individuals with outstanding Caddo Parish Misdemeanor Warrants to put their cases back on the right track.
Those who have Misdemeanor Warrants because they failed to pay fines and/or fees will be able to settle their cases by paying their balance due.
Those who have Misdemeanor Warrants because they failed to appear before the Court will be given an opportunity to address the Court regarding their ability to resolve their legal matters.

Times: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
This program does not apply if:
– An individual is arrested for the warrant before turning themselves in.
– An individual has a felony warrant.
– An individual has outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions.
– The warrant is not a Caddo Parish warrant.
