Caddo Parish District Attorney Stewart recently swore in Tanner R. Yeldell as Assistant District Attorney, First Judicial District, City Attorney’s Office of Property Standards. Tanner is a former law clerk for District Court Judges Chris Victory and Edwin Byrd. A native of Monroe, he is a graduate of Neville High School, LSU, and Southern University Law Center.
