Bossier Schools unleashing three-day explosion of creativity

As the school year winds down, Bossier Schools will present a districtwide showcase of student talent and culmination of learning like no other. The 4th Annual i3 Art Expo will make its return May 4-6, 2023, to the Bossier Civic Center and everyone is invited to experience the fun.

This free, three-day explosion of creativity embraces Inspiration, Imagination and Innovation, which is what i3 is all about. Presented in partnership with the City of Bossier City, there will be galleries featuring visual art, literary works, filmmaking and the performing arts, as well as a heavy dose of STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math.

There will also be live performances, theater and music competitions, an iCANstruction team build, the wildly popular Mic Drop lip sync battle, sumo-style Bot Wars, drone demonstrations, hands-on STEAM activities, a book fair, i3 mascot appearances and more.

Bossier Schools thanks the many sponsors that are making the fourth year of the i3 Art Expo possible. They include the City of Bossier City; Citizens National Bank; Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/Ally Real Estate; CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System/Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals; Cyber Innovation Center; Bossier Federal Credit Union; Bossier Press Tribune; SWEPCO; Optimum; BOM; Bossier Parish Community College; Bossier Parish Police Jury; Brookshire’s; Raising Cane’s; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana; PepsiCo; Bossier Parish Libraries; Bossier Arts Council; and CSC Productions.
