Football season is over for our local high school teams and finished for all but LSU among the colleges, so the Shreveport-Bossier Journal will return to its schedule of publishing editions every Monday through Friday mornings at 6:55.

We won’t publish Saturday or Sunday editions again until next football season. But you can count on more high-quality, comprehensive coverage of local sports, and other news and information, that the SBJ has provided since our first edition on Jan. 12.

For you early risers, Journal content is available before the sun comes up via our Facebook and Twitter accounts and is posted on our ShreveportBossierJournal.com website – all free to enjoy whenever you want it, and for you to share it.

The best way to get each edition is to sign up for a free e-mail subscription, easily done in a few seconds with the “Join” button on the site, and easier still by using this link: https://form.jotform.com/63427407805154 and submitting the four-question form.

You won’t run into pop-ups or paywalls. Your e-mail address will never be shared with anyone or used for any purpose except to send you each new edition of the Journal.
