Huntington’s Kam Evans continues to lead all area passers through three games with 819 yards. The senior signalcaller has hit on 50-of-96 passes with eight going for touchdowns and only one in the opposition’s hands.
Jayden Edwards of Captain Shreve leads running backs with 469 yards rushing on 73 attempts and has six touchdowns. Jaylan White of Parkway is not far behind with a mere 32 carries for 353 yards and he has also scored six touchdowns.
Airline’s Daxton Chavez leads receivers with 23 catches and has 328 yards and three touchdowns. Trenton Lape of Parkway continues to lead in receiving yards with 373 on 13 catches.
North Caddo athlete Omarion Miller is just a 2-point conversion ahead of Parkway’s White in the scoring with 44 points.
Evangel has the top three tacklers led by Jacob Wilson’s 43 total stops. Gabriel Reliford and Jamal Jordan both have recorded 42 tackles.
